The Rule of Three
The Rule of Three is an alternative to the traditional pros and cons approach to decision making.
This straightforward method asks:
Can you elaborate three absolutely distinctive features of your choice, which are unattainable from any other options?
Take buying a house, for example. Rather than diving into an exhaustive list of pros and cons, ask yourself: Are there three unique qualities this house possesses that no other does?
If you can confidently identify these three singular unique attributes, then it’s a yes. If not, then no.
